Dear Parents,

Re: 2nd Form Theatre Trip – ‘Witness for the Prosecution’ Tuesday 12th March, at 7.30 p.m.

I am pleased to inform you that a West End theatre trip to see ‘Witness for the Prosecution’ at the theatre in County Hall has been arranged for 2nd form students to take place on the evening of Tuesday, 12th March 2019.

The cost of the trip will be £24.50. Payment for the trip is due on Wednesday, 23rd January, by cash or cheque. All students should arrive at the station with their Oyster Card, or a contactless card. This will enable them to take advantage of the low fare.

Pupils should be dropped off at Cockfosters Tube Station at 6.00 p.m. and picked up from there at 11.00 p.m.  Due to the late hour, a prompt collection would be appreciated.

Students should be dressed in smart clothes suitable for the theatre (no jeans or trainers please).  Any students who do not comply with these requirements run the risk of being sent home.  If you or your son/daughter has a query regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please submit the fee of £24.50 with the permission slip below to the form teacher by Wednesday 23rd  January, at the latest.

Yours sincerely,

C. Pavli (Miss)

English Department.
