Dear Parents,

Re: 5th and 6th  Form Theatre Trip on Thursday, 27th April, 2017 – ‘42nd Street’

A trip to see ‘42nd Street’ at the Theatre Royal in the West End has been arranged for students in the 5th and 6th form, to take place on the evening of  Thursday, 27th April, 2017.

The cost of the trip will be £25.00.  All children should arrive at the station with their oyster card.  This will enable them to take advantage of the low fare of £1.70.  If any child forgets their oyster card they will have to pay the £5.80 travel charge or the school will pay it on their behalf to be reimbursed to the school the following day.

Pupils should be dropped off at Cockfosters Tube Station at 6.00 p.m. and picked up from there at 11.00 p.m.  Due to the late hour, a prompt collection would be very much appreciated.

Students are not required to wear school uniform on this occasion, but should be dressed in smart clothes suitable for the theatre (no jeans or trainers please).  Any students who do not comply with these requirements run the risk of being sent home.  If you or your son/daughter has a query regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please submit the fee of £25 with the permission slip below to the form teacher by Tuesday, 15th November at the latest.

Yours sincerely,

L. Roache (Mrs.)

English Department.
