5th and 6th Form Theatre Trip – ‘42nd Street’ – Thursday, 27th April at 7.30 p.m.
As you may remember, a trip to see ‘42nd Street’ at the Theatre Royal in the West End has been arranged for students in the 5th and 6th forms, to take place on the evening of Thursday, 27th April at 7:30 p.m.
All children should arrive at the station with their Oyster Card. This will enable them to take advantage of the low fare of £6.20. Should your child forget their Oyster Card, they will have to pay a Zone 5 return ticket of £11.80, or the school will pay it on their behalf, to be reimbursed to the school, the following day.
Pupils should be dropped off at Cockfosters Tube Station at 6.00 p.m. and picked up from there at 11.00 p.m. Due to the late hour, a prompt collection would be very much appreciated.
Students are not required to wear school uniform on this occasion, but should be dressed in smart clothes suitable for the theatre (no jeans or trainers please). Any students who do not comply with these requirements run the risk of being sent home. If you or your son/daughter has a query regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please ensure your child purchases an Oyster Card prior to the theatre visit to take advantage of the low fare of £6.20. Alternatively, your child can also use a contactless card which charges the same rate as an Oyster Card.
