Re: Visits Day – Thursday 5th March 2020
As you know, every academic year we take the valuable opportunity to inspire and broaden the children’s mind through excursions to some of London’s best sites and museums. For our second trip with the Second Form, this year we will be visiting the Tower of London on Thursday 5th of March 2020. A learning session has been booked on “Religious prisoners” which links to KS3 R.E. curriculum.
On the day, the children need to be wearing their regular blue uniform. They will also need a packed lunch and you may wish to provide pocket money for a visit to the gift shop. We will be leaving from Cockfosters station at 9.00 a.m. So please ensure your child is dropped off by 8.45a.m at the station and then be ready to collect them at 4.00 p.m. from the station. Students are advised to bring their mobile phones in order to contact you about the precise time of arrival at Cockfosters.
The price of the trip is included in the school fees and as such no payment is required.
We are very much looking forward to this exciting visit and hope the children will enjoy it as well. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s form teacher at the school.
