St John’s U13 Girls Celebrate First Rounders Win of the Season!
Congratulations to the St John’s School Under 13 girls’ rounders team on a fantastic start to the season, securing a well-deserved victory against Highlands with a final score of 11 rounders to 8.
The team demonstrated excellent teamwork throughout both their batting and fielding innings. Rounders were impressively scored by Sophie, Michelle, Skyli, and Rachel, while Maisie, Evra, Berin, Olivia, and Alana provided tight and efficient fielding that kept the opposition on their toes.
Strategic play was evident across the match, with Moini, Tania, and Sia showcasing clever tactics that helped secure the win. A special mention goes to Tallula, whose great catches swiftly dismissed key players from the opposing team.
This was a brilliant debut performance, and the girls are already looking forward to building on this success in their next match after half term.
